Summer 2014

So I've taken a few photos so far this summer.  There are a few from Evan Mills again...posted a few here for my very first entry on this blog.  Hillsboro had their leadership retreat there and got to go back.

The other photos are from the July 4th fireworks in Nashville at Riverfront Park!  I had a few friends over and we walked down and enjoyed the show.  Great time!

SPRING BREAK- NYC

Had a great time the first week of Spring Break in New York City.  I had not been to New York since the summer of 2002, so it was nice to get back.  Saw a couple of shows, and did lots of sight seeing!  Some firsts were the "Top of the Rock" at Rockefeller Center, and walking across the Brooklyn Bridge after a visit to Brooklyn for breakfast!

Spring 2014- Cheekwood Botanical Gardens

Took "The German" Malte out to Cheekwood to see Spring showing off!  What a gorgeous morning!  We got there around 9:00am when they opened and had the place to ourselves for about 30 minutes.  The blooms were amazing!

2013 Favorites

This year seems to be a slow year for my photography. Although I did a bit of traveling I seem to have figured out how to be more efficient in my photography.  I also don't feel I took as many photos of "everyday" things with my regular camera...my iphone has greatly reduced this.  (Perhaps I should start to sets 2013 Favorites and 2013 iPhone Favorites?) ha ha.

Calvary Cemetary 2013

My annual visit to Calvary Cemetery here in Nashville, happened today.  Even with the rain of the past week and the crazy winds of a few days ago, the leaves there were still just so vivid and amazing!  My favorite place to go in town during the Fall!
